Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current quote-request website for homeowners in Jefferson County, Missouri.
Information you provide
A quote request includes your name, property address, city and ZIP, email or phone number, home story count, lighting style, package and optional additions. You may also provide up to three home photos, a preferred installation date and notes. Photos, date and notes are optional; please avoid including unrelated personal information.
Compatible HEIC/HEIF photos are converted to JPEG in your browser before upload. If conversion fails, the form asks you to provide a JPG instead.
Why we use it
We use your details to review the property and requested lighting, prepare an estimate and respond to your service request. We also record submission time, consent, browser metadata and a hashed network address to help prevent spam and repeated submissions.
Submitting a quote request is not consent to marketing, does not confirm an appointment and does not process a payment. A preferred date is only a request.
Storage and access
Requests and optional photos are stored using Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Customer requests and photos are not public; access is restricted to the authorized owner. Photo viewing uses temporary access links. Lighting and package choices may be saved in your browser so you can continue to the quote form; contact details and your address are not saved in that browser preference storage.
Hosting, data storage and authentication providers process information needed to operate the website. If owner email alerts are configured, the email provider processes a limited notification with a reference, first name, lighting request and a link to the private dashboard—not your address, contact details or photos. This policy does not claim that email alerts are currently active.
Retention and your requests
A fixed retention schedule has not yet been approved by the owner. Requests remain stored until the owner arranges their removal; no automatic deletion period is promised here.
When we respond to your quote, you can reply directly to ask about the information you supplied, request a correction or ask for removal. Please include your reference code where available. We may need to verify that the request is yours and consider any applicable recordkeeping obligations. A dedicated privacy contact must be added before public launch.
Changes to this policy
This page should be reviewed and updated when contact details, retention practices or website services change. It describes current handling rather than promising compliance with every privacy law.
